- Why has my order not been processed/fulfilled yet?

 You have ordered outside of our 8-5 pm working hours (weekend hours vary). If this is the case your order may still be processed outside of the hours but usually it will be the next working day. Your order may also not be processed due to payment not having been received yet, we will notify you if this is the case. If not please contact us.

- When can I expect my order to arrive?

Express delivery usually arrives in 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Although we ask that you please allow up to 4 days before considering it delayed. If your order is delayed, please contact the courier first. If they are unable to assist or are unable to contact them, let us know and we will resolve it for you!

- How do I know what size to order? 

Please refer to the sizing chart listed under all the items for sale on our website.

- What if it does not fit or I wish to make a return?

If you're unhappy with the fit of your item or wish to make a return, please refer to our returns page. Please note that you are entitled to a refund or store credit upon request. We will attempt to organize a courier for you; however, if we are unable to do so, please send the item back at your own expense and you will be reimbursed. PLEASE NOTE Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging, any heavily discounted items are excluded from returns.

- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our fulfillment process is fully automated, which makes cancellation or changing difficult unless requested immediately. However, you can return any item within 14 days of purchase, even for accidental orders — so rest easy!

- How much will shipping cost?

Our shipping is completely free! No subscriptions required like those pesky Amazon buggers either.
